I retired from a thirty year career as a teacher in 2020 and started training as a hypnotherapist and counsellor with Chrysalis. I aim to graduate in mid 2021 and practice full time as a hypnotherapist using Zoom as a platform I personally experienced all the pressure of balancing a family with a demanding career and can empathise with anyone experiencing stress and anxiety. I worked as a volunteer helping teachers experiencing workplace bullying, redundancy and disciplinary hearings. I have been extensively trained giving legal and medical advice to staff.
